Experience the elegance and simplicity of Maskwa Connect Mobile. Just download the app from the Apple Store, log in with your Maskwa Connect account, and venture into the wilderness to start tagging your points. Collecting Traditional Land Use (TLU) and Traditional Ecological Knowledge (TEK) data is as easy as snapping a picture, selecting an item from a database of nearly 10,000 entries, and saving it. No internet connection is needed—maps are built in. Once back in the office, simply sync the app with the server. It’s that simple.

The Map is Loaded

This is your current location and it is how you start collecting your TLUs and TEKs.  Click the  PLUS button in the bottom right corner to begin.

Snap a Photo

Take a picture of the item you are going to tag.  If you don’t like the image you can always re-take it.

Select a Category

Find what you are looking for by selecting the correct category.

Find and name your object.
